In case, do not agree to any of the clauses listed below, you are requested to terminate the use and/or access our website. - P. N. GADGIL ART & CULTURE FOUNDATION reserves the right to update its privacy policy in view of changing requirements. Any alterations in the terms can be viewed at the present page. The date of the last update and/or amendment will always be stated at the bottom of these terms. Your continued use of our website (zapurza.org) will be viewed as an acceptance of the updated or amended terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should cease using this website.
Minimum Age/Parental Consent
If you, i.e., the user are below 18 years of age, by using our online services, you certify that your parents or legal guardians have consented to your access and agree to these terms on your behalf. Parental discretion is advised and we highly recommend that parents/ legal guardians review the website before granting access of the same to their wards. In specific cases, we may require the parents or legal guardian to provide a written acknowledgement of our terms of use on behalf of a minor, before we provide access to a part or all of our online services to them.
Privacy and Data Protection
The personal details you submit to Zapurza will only be used for the specified purposes indicated to you and will not be passed onto unauthorised third parties without your explicit consent.
Ticket Terms and Conditions
Tickets are valid for the date and time stated. Please check your tickets on receipt as mistakes cannot be rectified at later moments.
Tickets are for personal use and may not be resold or exchanged, nor money be refunded
There is no re-admission to a given event or exhibition.
P. N. GADGIL ART & CULTURE FOUNDATION reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate a visit
By attending an event or exhibition, ticket holders consent to being photographed or video-recorded.
All fees and charges are quoted and billed in Indian Rupees unless otherwise noted.
Billing inquiries and disputes should be brought to Zapurza attention within 30 days of the invoice/bill date. Failure to do so will be deemed to be an admission that the invoice/bill and charges are accurate.
Any applications or requests for services will be declined if payment cannot be successfully processed within 72 hours of the order.
P. N. GADGIL ART & CULTURE FOUNDATION reserves the right to modify service fees and rates, effective upon posting on the Zapurza website or on this agreement.
